Preparations are being made for the 15th Czech Street Festival in New York. The annual event – featuring Czech food and drink, workshops and live music – is taking place on Saturday afternoon and evening in front of the Bohemian National Hall on Manhattan’s East 73rd St. This year it will also serve as a celebration of the fifth anniversary of the reopening of the Bohemian National Hall, which houses the Czech Center and other institutions representing the country.
