Runner crosses Czech Republic in just three days - sleeps only four hours!

Long-distance runner Milos Skorpil has run the whole way across the Czech Republic in just three days and four and a half hours. Skorpil, who is the head of the Czech Association of Ultra Marathon Runners, set off from Hodonin in south Moravia and ended his run - some five hundred kilometres later - in the town of As in west Bohemia. The 48-year-old stopped every fifty kilometres to eat but he only slept once - for four hours at his flat in Prague after running an astonishing 36 hours.
